VISION

To become a reliable, international standard, and leading Master of Dental Medicine Study Program in the development of Science, Technology, Art-Culture in the field of Dentistry through education and research by prioritizing ethics and local wisdom to improve the quality of life and health in a sustainable manner.

MISSION

Organizing international standard postgraduate education to produce human resources who have intellectual abilities, ethics, virtues, Trikrama Trisakti character and are able to compete in national and international forums.
Improving the culture of research and creating a conducive scientific climate based on local wisdom in the Study Center and producing innovative scientific publications in the field of oral and dental health both nationally and internationally.
Increase and expand the role of PS MIKG FKG Usakti in meeting the needs of society and industry in the field of dentistry through Community Service activities, cooperation and partnerships with other higher education institutions, professional associations, industry and government at home and abroad.

PURPOSE

Producing Masters in Dentistry who:

1. Pious to God Almighty and able to show a religious attitude and uphold human values in carrying out duties based on religion, morals, ethics, discipline and law compliance.
2. Able to research professionally to analyze oral health problems by paying attention to aspects of local wisdom implemented in the study center of saliva, natural materials, and growth and development, and the results can be published nationally and internationally.
3. Responsible for the field of dentistry and its specialties that are relevant to the work in their field of expertise independently and able to evaluate in the work they are responsible for.
4. Able to think and act creatively and innovatively in managing self-learning and communicating information and ideas through various forms of media to the public in accordance with the specialization of their field of knowledge.
5. Able to manage research results for the purposes of authentication, originality, and repetition studies and able to carry out final assignments in their scientific fields whose results are compiled in the form of a thesis that is published and accessible to the academic community.
6. Able to work as academics (lecturers/teaching staff), practitioners, managers, experts, reliable researchers and have a spirit of nationalism, a sense of responsibility to the nation and state and an intellectual personality.
7. Able to develop independent research and establish cooperation with peers, both inside and outside the institution.
